Services

I am a licensed esthetician in [State]. Services include facials, chemical peels, waxing, brow/lash treatments, and skincare consultations. I am not a medical professional. Services are cosmetic and wellness-based. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or dermatological conditions. Consult a physician for skin diseases, infections, or concerns requiring medical attention.

Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are booked through our custom multi-step booking form. You will:

Select a service
Choose an available time via embedded Calendly/Cal.com scheduling
Complete payment via Stripe checkout

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a 50% service fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service time or cancellation at my discretion, with no refund.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Deposits may be required for certain services and are non-refundable unless I cancel.
Prices are subject to change. Confirmed bookings are locked at the rate shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate payment information. Failed payments will result in automatic cancellation.

Client Health & Safety

You must disclose before each appointment:

All skin conditions (acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, etc.)
Allergies or sensitivities
Medications including retinoids, Accutane, antibiotics, blood thinners
Recent cosmetic procedures, peels, or sunburn
Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

I reserve the right to refuse service if contraindications exist or if you fail to disclose relevant health information. No refund will be issued for service denial due to undisclosed conditions.

Results & Limitation of Liability

Individual results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Skincare treatments carry inherent risks including irritation, redness, allergic reaction, or hyperpigmentation.
By booking, you acknowledge these risks and release [Your Business Name] and [Your Name] from liability for adverse reactions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This release does not waive liability for violations of state licensing laws or professional negligence.

Photography & Media

I may take before/after photos for your personal treatment record. Separate written consent is required for use in marketing, website gallery, social media, or testimonials. You may decline without affecting your service.
